How can I view, change or cancel a regular payment or standing order or view or cancel a direct debit (sterling only) via Online Banking?

On your Online Banking Screen:


1. Navigate to Move Money
2. Click on Transfers, Standing Orders and Direct Debits
3. Select your account
4. Select what kind of information you want to see: Single Payment and Transfers, Standing Orders or Direct Debits
5. From here you will be able to view, change or cancel the payments
