How can I view the Standing Orders / Direct Debits on my account via Online Banking?
To view your Standing Orders / Direct Debits via Online Banking, complete the following steps.
From your 'Home' screen:
- Scroll down to the navigation bar with the icons on
- Tap 'Manage your payments'
- The 'Manage your money' home page will show
- Tap on your account type - 'Personal' or 'Business'
- Tap the account the Standing Orders or Direct Debits you wish to view are held on
- You can filter and sort the Standing Orders or Direct Debits, using the filters provided
- Tap on the Standing Order of interest to see more details
- Tap 'Back to accounts' when done
