How do I change a Sterling Standing Order / Regular Payment?

On your Online Banking Screen:

  • From your Home screen scroll down to the navigation icon bar
  • Tap 'Manage your payments'
  • Tap 'Personal' for account type
  • Select the account your Standing Order is paid from
  • Select the Standing Order from the list of transactions
  • Scroll down through the Standing Order details and tap 'Edit'
  • Scroll down to edit your payment details when finished - tap 'Next'
  • Check and Confirm your updates - then tap 'Confirm'
  • A Confirmation screen will then appear stating that your 'Payment was successfully amended'
