How do I update my Contact Details on the Barclays App?
From your Barclays App 'Home' screen:
- Tap the 'Profile icon - top left of screen
- You will be presented with all of your Personal profile details
- Select which you want to update
e.g. If you want to update your email address: - Tap 'Edit email details' below email addresses
- Tap on the email address box - type in new email address
- Confirm email address by typing in again
- Tap 'OK' - above on screen keyboard
- Tap 'Save changes'
This will become the email address we send all communications / statements to.
