What happens if I am registered for the Barclays app and I change, or lose, my phone?
If you change your phone:
- You can use the Barclays app on up to 6 devices. However, if you get a new phone and aren't going to keep your old one, you should de-register the old device before downloading the app and registering the new one.
- You can do this by going to 'Settings' and selecting 'Cancel Registration' or by contacting our Client Service Centre.
If your phone is lost or stolen:
- If your mobile phone is lost or has been stolen, please contact the Client Service Centre in the first instance to report this. They will then cancel the registration of the app from the device.
