A message 'Error 321800' came on screen while I was submitting a payment online. What does this mean?

This error means that the beneficiary bank you are wanting to send this payment to are not part of the Faster Payment Scheme.

Please call us  if you need to have the money sent urgently and we can look to send the funds same day by CHAPS.
