How do I cancel an International Payment (BIP) or Same Day Payment (CHAPS) in Online Banking?

On your Online Banking 'Home' Screen:

  1. Click on 'Move Money'
  2. Click on 'Manage international and same day payments' 
  3. Select the account you wish to view and manage payments for
  4. You can select the status and/or date range of the payment you wish to view, then click 'Update'
  5. Select the payment then click 'View or manage payment
  6. If you wish you can select the option 'View selected payment details' to see more information
  7. Once you're happy select 'Cancel payment' then click 'Next'
  8. You will then see the status of your payment change
  9. You can continue to view your payments then when ready click 'Cancel' to return to your online banking homepage
