How can I stop my Debit Card being used in certain types of retailers?
From your Barclays app 'Home' screen:
- Select 'Cards' under the 'Account Management' section
- Choose the relevant card - if you have multiple cards - use the carousel to select the right card
- Select 'Merchant Control'
- You can now select the category you wish to stop card payment to by switching 'Off', or enable card payments by switching 'On'
- A confirmation message will show that the change is effective
