I've made a payment online, how do I know if it's been successful?

From your Online Banking 'Home' Screen:

  1. Click on 'Move Money'
  2. Click on 'Track payments'
  3. From the drop down menu, select the account you wish to see payment details for
  4. Select the date range you wish to view payments over
  5. From the drop down menu, Select the status of the payments you wish to view
  6. Once you are happy with the details provided click 'Check status'
  7. You will then be shown a list of payments that match your search criteria
  8. You can click 'Refresh payment statuses' to get the latest information
  9. Once you're happy you can click 'Home' to return to your online banking homepage
