How do I make an International Payment?
You can self-serve by completing the following steps:
- Tap 'Pay & Transfer'
- Tap 'International Payment'
- Choose the amount you want to send in either GBP or foreign currency
- Tap 'Continue'
- Tap and enter the recipients name
- Tap 'Country'
- Tap on the country you want to send the funds to
- Depending on the country you select you'l be required to fill out a range of information e.g. if sending to Spain, tap and enter the IBAN of the account you'd like to send the money to. If sending to the USA you'll tap and enter a SWIFTBIC or ABA Routing code and any other relevant information
- Once the details have been entered, it will automatically pull through the associated bank details
- Tap 'Continue'
- Scroll up to review the details
- Tap and enter the statement and receipients references
- Tap 'Review payment'
- Scroll up to review the details
- Tap and enter the 3-digit security code and card expiry date
- Tap 'Confirm'
- Your payment has now been submitted
