I've accidently broken / damaged my Barclays Debit Card, how can I request a replacement?
You can replace your broken or damaged Debit Card as follows.
|Via Mobile Banking||
Open the Barclays app
|Via Online Banking||On your Online Banking Screen
1. Navigate to Manage accounts and Replace a damaged card
2. Follow the on screen instructions to replace your damaged card
|At your local Barclays branch.||Please visit any Barclays branch and our colleagues will be happy to help.|
|Via our Telephone Banking Service||Please Contact Us and our colleagues will be happy to help.|
If you order before 10pm, you should receive your replacement debit card in two working days (UK Only - Outside of the UK can take considerably longer).
For example, if you order a replacement debit card on a Monday before 10pm, your card should arrive with you on the following Wednesday.
If you order a debit card on a Friday before 10pm, your card should arrive with you on the following Monday
