I've accidently broken / damaged my Barclays Debit Card, how can I request a replacement?

You can replace your broken or damaged Debit Card as follows.

Via Mobile Banking

Open the Barclays app
1. Scroll to 'Quick Links' and select 'Cards'
2. Select the account that you would like to service
3. Scroll down to 'Replacement Damaged Card'
4. Check address for card dispatch is correct (if it is incorrect, please contact us)
5. Select 'Confirm'
The existing card will remain active for use until the replacement card arrives and it is used

Via Online Banking On your Online Banking Screen
1. Navigate to Manage accounts and Replace a damaged card 
2. Follow the on screen instructions to replace your damaged card
At your local Barclays branch. Please visit any Barclays branch and our colleagues will be happy to help.
Via our Telephone Banking Service Please Contact Us and our colleagues will be happy to help.

If you order before 10pm, you should receive your replacement debit card in two working days (UK Only - Outside of the UK can take considerably longer).

For example, if you order a replacement debit card on a Monday before 10pm, your card should arrive with you on the following Wednesday.

If you order a debit card on a Friday before 10pm, your card should arrive with you on the following Monday
