My surname has changed. Can I use my new surname to log in to Online Banking?

Yes, but for security reasons, we’ll need to see proof of your name change first.

If you’re a Private Bank client:
  1. Please take legal proof of your new name to your private banker.
  2. Please call our Banking Office and ask them to change your Online log-in details on +44 (0) 207 574 3001.
If you’re an International client:
  1. Please take legal proof of your new name to one of our International Banking Centres.
