My online payment has been rejected, can you advise me why?
There may be a number of reasons why your payment has been rejected, please contact us and we can discuss this with you.
Please note, if you have an auto-transfer set up between your accounts and you have requested the transfer to debit your current account (that is maintained at a certain balance), this could be the reason your payment was rejected. For future payments, please debit your linked/sweep/feeder account with the larger balance.
