I have forgotten my Membership Number - what can I do?
You can re-advise yourself instantly using Online Banking, as long as you hold a valid Debit Card with us.
Please complete the following the steps and your Membership number will be displayed on screen.
From your Online Banking 'Home' screen:
- Click on 'Log in'
- Under 'How would you like to log in' select the 'Membership Number' tab
- click on 'Don't know your membership number?'
- Complete the fields, as prompted, on screen
- Click 'View Membership Number'
- Your Membership Number will be displayed to you, please make a note of it.
