How can I see all the services available via my Online Banking?
You can self-serve by completing the following steps:
From your 'Home' screen:
- To begin click any of the tabs - at the top of your 'Home' screen - a list of services within that category will appear
- Click 'View all online services' - at the bottom of your screen
- You'll then be taken to our Service Centre page, which has a complete list of everything you can do in Online Banking
- You can see a list of relevant services by clicking on a specific area
- You can then continue to navigate the page, until you find the service you're looking for, and can click on any specific service if needed
- If you click on any of the services, you will then be taken to the relevant part of Online Banking and you can continue as needed
- You can continue to navigate the page and services as needed and when ready click 'Home' to return to your Online Banking 'Home' screen
