What do I do if I didn’t log in when Online Banking states?

We display your last log-in date and last submitted payment date whenever you log in.

Didn't log in on that date?

Check there are no suspicious transactions:

  1. Click on the name of your account to see more of it (under My accounts)
  2. You will now see more about the transactions on this account
  3. You can select a date range to search from. Our advanced search also allows you to search by transaction type, value and money in / money out
