What is the Account short name?
When signing up to one or more alerts you are required to input a 1 - 5 character short name.
This short name field is used for SMS purposes only to help you identify which account the alert refers to.
The account short name can be made of any combination of A-Z, a-z, 0-9, spaces and punctuation ‘()+,-./: as long as it does not exceed 5 characters.
