What is the Unpaid Transactions alert?
The Unpaid Transaction alert tells you when there's not enough money in your account to cover a transaction due that day (e.g. a cheque, standing order or Direct Debit).
If you receive this message it is important to ensure that you have sufficient cleared funds in your account to meet any payments by 3pm at the very latest otherwise we will not be able to make these payments.
Text messages will be sent at approximately 8am (UK time) Monday to Friday using the running balance at the start of that day
