How do I search for something in Online Banking?
You can self-serve by completing the following steps.
From your 'Home' screen:
- Click 'Search' to begin - in the top right hand corner of the screen
- A number of popular links will appear, which you can click on, if this is what you are looking for
- Click in the 'Search bar' and you can start typing to search for something
- As you begin to type, links will become available, that you can click on, which will take you straight to that part of Online Banking to save you time
- Or you can continue to search by amending your text
- For some searches you will be presented with an additional link to our 'Help and support' page
- Or you can click 'Cancel' - in the top right of your screen to close the search menu and return to your 'Home' page
