How can I make an international payment to someone I normally pay in the UK?
Even though you normally pay your recipient in the UK, you'll need to set the payment up again from the beginning.
To make an International Payment, please log into Online Banking. You will need to log in with PINsentry to make an International Payment. If you have logged in with your passcode and memorable word you will be asked to verify yourself with PINsentry before proceeding with the payment.
From your Online Banking Home screen:
- Select Move money and International Payment
- Select the account you want to make a payment from
- Select Someone new
- Follow the on screen instructions to set up the International Payment
