Can I save my membership number and surname, so I don’t have to type them every time I log in?
Yes, you can.
When you log in to Online Banking on a private device, please click in the box next to Remember me. (This is below where you type your surname / membership number / sort code and account number.)
Your membership details will be saved as long as you have cookies enabled in your browser.
Using a shared computer?
For security reasons, please do NOT tick the box to remember your membership details.
