How do I get a memorable word?
When you log in for the first time, we’ll ask you to choose a memorable word.
Your memorable word must:
- Have six to eight letters
It must NOT contain:
- Numbers
- Punctuation
- Spaces
- Special characters
Please don’t choose an obvious word, for example the place where you live or a family member’s name.
