How do I change a statement delivery preference?
You can update your preferences via Online Banking by completing the following steps.
From the Online Banking 'Home' screen:
- Click 'Profile'
- Click 'Statement and letter preferences'
- Select 'Go paperless for all accounts', if this is your preference, this will apply to all of your accounts. This option will only be available to you if you haven't already selected this option
- Check your email address is correct before scrolling down
- As you scroll down, carefully read the important information
- Once you are happy - click 'Confirm'
- Your preferences are now saved, you can return to the homepage if you wish, by clicking 'Home'
