How do I change a statement delivery preference?
2.1 If you wish to set all available delivery preference to online, click ‘SELECT ALL’
2.2 If you wish to change only certain eligible statements to online, you should click the ‘CHANGE’ button next to the eligible account
If the statement preference cannot be changed, the delivery preference will be visible, but there will be no change button next to it. This would currently apply for all foreign currency accounts
