How do I view or delete a message?
On your Online Banking Screen:
1. Select the blue drop down arrow on the top right corner (under your name)
2. Navigate to My documents and messages
3. Click on Secure messages
4. Under My messages tick the box for the message you want to view / delete
5. To delete - Click on Delete
Please note you will need to be logged in with PINsentry to access your secure messages. If you are not you will be asked to authenticate with PINsentry
