How do I send a message?

  1. Log in to Online Banking with either PINsentry Card Reader or Mobile PINsentry.
  2. You can then access 'Chat' by clicking on the 'Message us' link found at the bottom right of the Online Banking home page
  3. Once clicked, a chat window will pop up, click on " Send us a Message"
  4. You will then need to read the information presented, scroll down and select a conversation topic, then you will be before connected with an agent, or be able to leave a message, and pick up when you next log in.
