What should I do if the company I want to pay isn’t listed?
First, try different search terms to find the company:
- Search using the company's name exactly as it appears on your bill
- Search using just a word from the company's name
- Double check your spelling
Still can't find it? Maybe its not yet on our database.
You can set up a payment to someone new.
1. Select Move Money and Make Payment
2. Select Pay someone new
3. Follow the on screen instructions to set up a payment
