How can I change a payment beneficiary's details?
To change a beneficiary's details you will need to delete the existing beneficiary and follow the instructions to set up a new beneficiary:
On your Online Banking Screen
1. Navigate to Move money
2. Click on Manage saved payee list
3. Select the payee you want to delete and click Remove payee
To set up a new beneficiary
1. Select Move money and Make Payment then Pay Someone New
2. Follow the on screen instructions to set up a new payment
