How do I change my memorable word?
Please log in to Online Banking. You will need to log in to Online Banking via PINsentry to change your memorable word.
1. Under Step 1 enter your surname and your 12-digit membership number OR card number OR sort code and account number where indicated.
2. Click Next Step
3. Under Step 2 select PINsentry and follow the instructions to log in with Mobile PINsentry or PINsentry card reader
4. Click Log in to Online Banking
5. Navigate to My Details and Change passcode and memorable word
6. Follow the on screen instructions to change your memorable word
