How do I cancel a Direct Debit?
On your Online Banking Screen:
1. Navigate to Move Money
2. Click on Transfers, Standing Orders and Direct Debits
3. Select your account
4. Select Direct Debits under What kind of information do you want to see?
5. Select which order you would like to see this information?
6. Click Next
7. Follow the on screen instructions to cancel your Direct Debit
