What do I do if I've lost my PINSentry or don't have it to hand?

If you have lost / misplaced your PINsentry, you have the following three options:

  1. If you have lost your PINsentry device, you can contact us to order a new one.
  2. If you have the Barclays Mobile Banking app, you can also use its Mobile PINsentry tool.
  3. If you've previously set up a passcode and memorable word, you can use those to log in, instead of PINsentry.
    (This does mean that not all services will be available, but you will be able to check your balances and transactions, transfer money and make a payment to anyone already on saved on your payee list.)
