How do I set up / amend my marketing preferences on Online Banking?

From your Online Banking 'Home' Screen:

  1. Click on the 'Profile' icon in the top right of the screen
  2. Click on 'Marketing preferences' 
  3. If needed, you can toggle between the 'Personal' and 'Business' tabs to see the relevant details
  4. Select the 'Online Banking' checkbox if you do not wish to see personalised offers in online banking
  5. Select the 'Social media and online advertising' checkbox if you do not wish to see personalised offers in social media or online
  6. In the 'Other marketing choices' section, Select or de-select how you'd like to receive marketing messages
  7. Once you have made your choices, click 'Save choices'
  8. You will then see confirmation that your choices have been saved, click 'Home' to return to your online banking home screen
