How do I set up / amend my marketing preferences on Online Banking?
From your Online Banking 'Home' Screen:
- Click on the 'Profile' icon in the top right of the screen
- Click on 'Marketing preferences'
- If needed, you can toggle between the 'Personal' and 'Business' tabs to see the relevant details
- Select the 'Online Banking' checkbox if you do not wish to see personalised offers in online banking
- Select the 'Social media and online advertising' checkbox if you do not wish to see personalised offers in social media or online
- In the 'Other marketing choices' section, Select or de-select how you'd like to receive marketing messages
- Once you have made your choices, click 'Save choices'
- You will then see confirmation that your choices have been saved, click 'Home' to return to your online banking home screen
