How do I view my Debit Card PIN in Online Banking?

You can view your Debit Card PIN immediately in your Online Banking and using your Online Banking, or Barclays app.

 

Via Online Banking

You can now self-serve via Online Banking, by completing the following steps:

From your 'Home' screen:

  1. Scroll down your 'Home' screen and click on 'View my debit card PIN'
  2. Select the Debit Card you wish to see the PIN of, from the drop down menu
  3. Type in your '3-digit security code'
  4. Select your mobile number from the drop down menu
  5. Click 'Continue'
  6. Type in the six-digit security code you were sent to your mobile number
  7. Click 'View PIN'
  8. The PIN will then be displayed on screen for 30 seconds, to keep your account secure
    The information shown at this point, explains how it's important not to write your PIN
    down, or share it with anyone, to help protect your account.
