How can I update my personal details?

You have several options to change your address, telephone number and email address via Online Banking, Barclays app or by telephone:

Via Online
Banking

You can self-serve via Online Banking by completing the following steps:

From your 'Home' screen:

  1. Tap on your 'Profile' icon - top right of your screen
  2. Tap on 'Contact Details'
  3. You will then be shown your Personal details profile
  4. Scroll down and tap on the arrow next to your email section
  5. Once you see your email address click 'Edit'
  6. Enter the email address you wish to add or change
  7. Confirm your email address by entering it again
  8. Tap 'Save'

This will then become the email address we send all communications / statements to.
Via Mobile
Banking

You can self-serve via The Barclays app, by completing the following steps:

From your 'Home' screen:

  1. Tap the 'Profile icon - top left of screen
  2. Tap 'Edit email details' below email addresses
  3. Tap on the email address box - type in new email address
  4. Confirm email address by typing in again
  5. Tap 'OK' - above on screen keyboard
  6. Tap 'Save changes'

This will then become the email address we send all communications / statements to.
