How do I cancel a payment request made in error, or get my money back if already sent in error?

It is possible to cancel a payment or Recall funds that have already been sent but it is dependant on how quickly you contact us following the error.

Please note: If you are an Business Client, this service is only available to Clients set up for the Telephone Banking Service as Service Level 2.
