What is a SEPA Credit Transfer?

|Introduced in January 2008, this service is for non-urgent payment in Euros to the following countries:
SEPA countries are the EU countries and their territories (including UK Crown Dependencies), Iceland, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland.
SEPA Credit Transfers:
To send payments by SEPA Credit Transfer (SCT) the payment must:
If you request a SCT and we are unable to route it via SEPA we will send it as an international payment
To make a SEPA Credit Transfer, follow the same procedure as Making an International Payment - except you choose the 'Make a non-urgent SEPA Credit Transfer option' instead of 'Make an urgent payment in any currency'
