How do I search for a payment?

 If you have Online Banking (example screen) follow the instructions below  wob-screen

From the Online Banking "Home" screen:

  1. Click Banking (top, left).
  2. Click View/change payments (left, under Payments).
  3. Type the payment date in dd/mm/yyyy format. For example, 25/08/2018.
  4. Type the payment to date in dd/mm/yyyy format. For example, 27/09/2018.
  5. Using the drop-down box to the right of All payment types, choose the payment type.
  6. Using the drop-down box to the right of All values, choose the payment status.
  7. Using the drop-down box to the right of All currencies, choose the currency.
  8. Click FIND.
