How can I make a payment or transfer?
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click the Payments tab
- Click Make Payment
- Select the account from which you want to make the payment from (you can either enter the account information directly or select the account from browsing your account groups and sets)
- Click Continue
- Select either a pre-determined beneficiary, or create a new beneficiary
- If you create a new beneficiary; enter the account number and sort code and click save should you want the beneficiary details to be kept within the system.
- Enter the payment details (reference, amount etc.)
- Review the payment details
- Click Submit
- Enter PIN
- Click Verify
