Can I receive my statements online?

Yes, but only system administrators can change the statement delivery preferences as a change will impact all users. 


If you are not a system administrator:
Please contact the relevant person in your organisation for assistance.


If you are a system administrator:
When you log into Wealth Online Banking you won’t automatically see the Documents tab. 
You can activate the Documents tab by completing the following steps:

  1. Click the Banking Tab
  2. Click View Account Sets
  3. Select an Account Set
  4. Click the Documents tab which should now appear
  5. Click Delivery Preferences
  6. You can either Select All to change the delivery preference for all accounts or click the Change button next to the specific account you would like to change.
  7. Click either Online, Paper (standard), Paper (large print) or Braille to choose which you’d prefer
  8. < >Click Next
  9. If you are changing your delivery preference back to paper, you may need to confirm your delivery address.
  10. Click Confirm.
