Can I receive my statements online?
Yes, but only system administrators can change the statement delivery preferences as a change will impact all users.
If you are not a system administrator:
Please contact the relevant person in your organisation for assistance.
If you are a system administrator:
When you log into Wealth Online Banking you won’t automatically see the Documents tab.
You can activate the Documents tab by completing the following steps:
- Click the Banking Tab
- Click View Account Sets
- Select an Account Set
- Click the Documents tab which should now appear
- Click Delivery Preferences
- You can either Select All to change the delivery preference for all accounts or click the Change button next to the specific account you would like to change.
- Click either Online, Paper (standard), Paper (large print) or Braille to choose which you’d prefer
- < >Click Next
- If you are changing your delivery preference back to paper, you may need to confirm your delivery address.
- Click Confirm.
