What are some examples of authorisation limits?

General points to note when completing these details are:

  • The limits for approval increase from left (1A or 1B) to right (2As).
  • When entering a limit in a box, all the user combinations to the right of that box can also authorise the payment. Therefore, in example d, one A user and one B user or two A users can authorise payments up to £500,000.
  • The 2As column must contain either an amount or ‘Unlimited’.
