How can I approve changes that other system administrators have made?

In order to approve changes made by other administrators (e.g such creating/amending users, creating/amending account sets, amending beneficiary details, creating/amending groups) you must:

 

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Click Approve Changes
  3. To review the details of the change, click the link in the Action column
  4. Click the button in the Select column next to the action you want to approve
  5. Click Approve
  6. Click Confirm
  7. Enter your PIN
  8. Click Verify
