How can I approve changes that other system administrators have made?
In order to approve changes made by other administrators (e.g such creating/amending users, creating/amending account sets, amending beneficiary details, creating/amending groups) you must:
- Log into Online Banking
- Click Approve Changes
- To review the details of the change, click the link in the Action column
- Click the button in the Select column next to the action you want to approve
- Click Approve
- Click Confirm
- Enter your PIN
- Click Verify
