How can I amend a payment or transfer?

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click the Payments tab
  3. Click View Payments
  4. Select the payment you want to amend.
  5. Amend the relevant details
  6. Click Continue

Payments may be able to be amended dependant on its status.

 

Status Details
Saved payments can be amended

Authorisation Pending

or

2nd Authorisation Pending 

or

Verification Pending

payments - can either be Rejected (which would take the payment back to a 'saved' status and THEN amended)

OR

the payment could be authorised/verified instead.

However, you cannot reject old payments which have gone way past their execution/value date as they do not appear in the authorise/verify payments menu after a particular period of time.

Rejected payments cannot be amended
