How can I amend a payment or transfer?
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click the Payments tab
- Click View Payments
- Select the payment you want to amend.
- Amend the relevant details
- Click Continue
Payments may be able to be amended dependant on its status.
|Saved||payments can be amended|
2nd Authorisation Pending
payments - can either be Rejected (which would take the payment back to a 'saved' status and THEN amended)
the payment could be authorised/verified instead.
However, you cannot reject old payments which have gone way past their execution/value date as they do not appear in the authorise/verify payments menu after a particular period of time.
|Rejected||payments cannot be amended|
