My card has been Lost / Stolen. What should I do?

Your card will need to be cancelled immediately.


There are a number of options available to you:

Via Online Banking

On your Online Banking Screen, follow the instructions below:

  1. On your 'Home' screen scroll down and tap on 'Report a Debit Card Lost or Stolen'
  2. Alternatively tap on 'Manage Accounts'
  3. Follow the on screen instructions to report your Debit Card Lost or Stolen
Via Mobile Banking

On your 'Barclays app' screen, follow the instructions below:

  1. In your 'Quick Links' go to 'Cards'
  2. Tap on 'Report Lost or Stolen'
  3. Complete the Reason' - whether your card is 'Lost' or 'Stolen'
  4. Add the 'Country', 'Location', 'date / time' of the loss / theft
  5. Tap 'Continue' 'Confirm your address'
  6. You will then be presented with confirmation that your card has been ordered
