How can I get a replacement chequebook and/or paying-in book?

We’ll automatically send you chequebooks and paying-in books when your current one(s) near completion.

Alternatively:

Please use Online Banking to order a new one.

  1. Please log in to Online Banking.
  2. Select 'Move money' or 'Manage accounts' , then select 'View all online services'.
  3. Under the column 'Order' select 'New chequebook' or 'New paying-in book' as appropriate
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
